I spent the day developing and refining posters.
I decided to switch from the eggs to the coins because people weren't understanding the egg metaphor about us being the same no matter what gender but instead a lot of people thought that I was stating that humans come from eggs. So I decided to ditch that metaphor and go for more of a straight forward approach. The new approach also relates more to money and the pay gap compared to the metaphor.
